SUMICHIRAL OA series is a pioneer of chiral HPLC stationary phase using low molecular weight chiral selector.

SUMICHIRAL OA 系列手性柱是高性能的分離光學(xué)異構(gòu)體的HPLC色譜柱。SUMICHIRAL OA色譜柱能直接分離各種異構(gòu)體,并可從非對應(yīng)異構(gòu)體中分離異構(gòu)體,這些非對應(yīng)異構(gòu)體中可能存在氫鍵,電荷轉(zhuǎn)移及主客體等相互作用。OA系列手性柱能精確測定各種手性化合物的純度,如藥物、農(nóng)藥、香料中手性結(jié)構(gòu)的組成。
OA-2000系列柱,改進刷型(Amide),不對稱碳原子鍵合CONH基團
OA-2000系列柱可直接分離芳香類、酯類、羧酸類和醇類化合物的異構(gòu)體。如OA-2000色譜柱分離合成除蟲菊酯,OA-2500可分離布洛芬藥物。
OA-3000系列柱,改性刷型(尿素),不對稱碳原子鍵合NHCONH基團

OA-4000系列柱,改進刷型,胺和氨基酸兩個手性中心鍵合NHCONH基團
OA-4000系列柱通過電荷轉(zhuǎn)移和氫鍵相互作用達到手性識別,能分離各種各樣的化合物,如胺類和氨基醇的藥物,醇類,酯類和酰胺類化合物可用正相模式分離。尤其是酰胺和聚氨酯的衍生物,醇類等柱效高。
OA-5000和OA-6000系列柱在反相模式中通過配位交換相互作用進行手性識別。OA-5000手性配位體是青霉胺涂敷在ODS硅膠表面,OA-6000手性配位體是酒石酸衍生物涂敷在ODS硅膠表面,限制了添加到流動相的有機溶劑用量,且OA-5000和OA-6000系列柱的流動相中必須包含Cu2+離子。該系列柱不但能有效的分離氨基酸,羥基酸的對映異構(gòu)體,而且能分離銅螯合形成的化合物,如氨基醇,胺,羧酸,氨基內(nèi)酰胺和二肽。尤其是OA-5000柱應(yīng)用極為廣泛,OA-6000能有效分離β-氨基酸,β-羥基酸和親水性阿明酸。
OA-7000柱手性固定相是β-環(huán)糊精通過新型的空間模式鍵合硅膠??稍诜聪鄺l件下分離大量的消旋體,包括酮,胺,氨基酸衍生物。
OA-8000柱手性固定相是冠醚手性鍵合氨丙基硅膠,可有效的分離胺,氨基醇和氨基酸的對映異構(gòu)體,尤其是疏水性胺。
