GE磁珠產(chǎn)品包括Sera-Mag與Mag Sepharose兩類,其中Sera-Mag為1μm超順磁磁珠,可用于mRNA及核酸制備,以及蛋白的小規(guī)模純化與制備;而Mag Sepharose則為高度交聯(lián)的瓊脂糖基架磁珠,一般用于磷酸化肽段富集,免疫沉淀,Pull-down,以及抗體及His標(biāo)簽蛋白的小規(guī)模制備與篩選。

而新的磁力架MagRackMaxi也同時發(fā)布,這種新型磁力架可以方便地對最大50ml的樣品體積進(jìn)行操作。與MagRack6磁力架配合使
