The sbeadex Maxi Plant Kit without Dangerous Goods is a DNA purification kit with power of sbeadex magnetic bead technology for large-scale purification of high-quality plant DNA.

Product Details

The sbeadex Maxi Plant Kit without Dangerous Goods contains all of the components required to perform large-scale DNA purification from plant tissue. As a Maxi Kit the volume of the kit components are doubled compared to the Mini Plant Kits.

The kit includes 2 wash buffers (concentrate), lysis buffer, elution buffer, binding buffer (concentrate), and sbeadex particle suspension. As a kit without dangerous goods the binding buffer and wash buffer concentrates contain no hazardous substances. 

Choose between 96 or 960 preparations, or enquire for bulk options. 

The kit is compatible with both fresh and lyophilised plant tissue material. The suggested starting material is 10-30 mg lyophilised tissue or 40-120 mg fresh tissue.
