1、BambankerTM無血清細胞凍存液

產(chǎn)品特點

*?無需程序性降溫,直接使用

*?可-80℃或液氮中長期凍存

*?即用型細胞凍存液

*?無血清,成份確定,避免由支原體、病毒、朊病毒及其他病毒顆粒引發(fā)的污染

*?產(chǎn)品經(jīng)無菌檢測,符合藥典

*?適用于腫瘤細胞和常規(guī)細胞,有研究表明同樣適合各類敏感細胞,如ES細胞、原代細胞

操作流程:

①收集對數(shù)生長期的細胞(5?x?105?~?1?x?107);

②用1ml?BambankerTM重懸細胞,置于凍存管中,無需預冷,直接-80℃或液氮中長期凍存。

③用恒溫箱或者水浴鍋快速復蘇細胞。

*?細胞必須處于對數(shù)生長期(建議對數(shù)期,復蘇率會更高)
