多糖鏈上引入羥乙基、甲氧基等基團(tuán)后的瓊脂糖。由于其能在30℃左右成膠,約65℃熔化,熔化溫度低于大多數(shù)雙鏈DNA熔點(diǎn)。利用低熔點(diǎn)瓊脂糖的這種性質(zhì)可以從凝膠中回收天然形式的DNA。
