Swissci 懸滴結(jié)晶板

SWISSCI懸滴結(jié)晶板:
Swissci懸滴結(jié)晶塞板是一種新型的96孔蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)晶系統(tǒng),首次可以識別和移除單個(gè)孔,而不會干擾板內(nèi)正在生長的晶體。非常適合納升結(jié)晶篩選和微升優(yōu)化。專利設(shè)計(jì),凸起的寬孔便于操作,Allen鑰匙系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)平穩(wěn)拆卸,系統(tǒng)中新穎的封閉塞可直接用于隨后的顯微鏡檢查和X衍射??壮蕡A錐形,有透鏡效果,便于觀察;密封性好:容.積大(儲液槽50-200ul,液滴50 nl-5ul) ;符合ANSI/SLAS 1-2004標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

SWISSCI 2 Lens/3 Lens坐滴結(jié)晶板
孔徑加寬,便于操作;圓錐形孔,微編號在顯微鏡下可見,便于觀察:高級聚合物具有紫外透射性,可用于區(qū)分鹽
晶體和蛋白質(zhì)晶體;密封性好,空間間隔寬,提供足夠的空間使膠帶很好的密封。結(jié)構(gòu)堅(jiān)固,不會發(fā)生中央彎曲。

UVXPO封板膜(UVXPO Sealing Sheets )
SWISSCI UVXPO密封膜是50 μm薄膜并帶有50 um惰性有機(jī)硅粘合劑。光學(xué)透明, 幾乎沒有自發(fā)熒光,可與UV兼
容,適合蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)晶和qPCR應(yīng)用。推薦使用溫度為-70°C至+105°C,無DNase-、RNase-和核酸,硅酮膠形成最牢固
的密封,可防止蒸發(fā)。

The plate was developed at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology? (Cambridge,? UK)?? in?? collaboration?? with?? Dr.?? Jan L?we. It is the result of many years of experience in successful robotic high-throughput crystallisation and combines many of the necessary features not earlier available to the crystallographer.

The SWISSCI MRC crystallisation? Plate? offers ?unique properties that make it ideal for both nanolitre crystallisation screening and mircolitre optimisation alike. Made from optically superior polymer and with a new design of the wells, the plate allows easy crystal viewing and retrieval.

The MRC plate is suitable for centrifugation.

The unique 2 drop protein crystallisation plate offers a new way of sitting-drop crystallography.
The 192 wells are optically perfect designed to observe crystals under a microscope.
The wells are doubled, providing an unique security of growing crystals.
