SWISSCI懸滴結(jié)晶板:
Swissci懸滴結(jié)晶塞板是一種新型的96孔蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)晶系統(tǒng),首次可以識(shí)別和移除單個(gè)孔,而不會(huì)干擾板內(nèi)正在生長(zhǎng)的晶體。非常適合納升結(jié)晶篩選和微升優(yōu)化。專利設(shè)計(jì),凸起的寬孔便于操作,Allen鑰匙系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)平穩(wěn)拆卸,系統(tǒng)中新穎的封閉塞可直接用于隨后的顯微鏡檢查和X衍射??壮蕡A錐形,有透鏡效果,便于觀察;密封性好:容.積大(儲(chǔ)液槽50-200ul,液滴50 nl-5ul) ;符合ANSI/SLAS 1-2004標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

SWISSCI懸滴結(jié)晶板密封膜由無(wú)塵保護(hù)涂層和特種聚合物基料組成??膳c無(wú)塵保護(hù)涂層和特種聚合物基料-起使用。

晶體和蛋白質(zhì)晶體;密封性好,空間間隔寬,提供足夠的空間使膠帶很好的密封。結(jié)構(gòu)堅(jiān)固,不會(huì)發(fā)生中央彎曲。

SWISSCI UVXPO密封膜是50 μm薄膜并帶有50 um惰性有機(jī)硅粘合劑。光學(xué)透明, 幾乎沒有自發(fā)熒光,可與UV兼
容,適合蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)晶和qPCR應(yīng)用。推薦使用溫度為-70°C至+105°C,無(wú)DNase-、RNase-和核酸,硅酮膠形成最牢固
的密封,可防止蒸發(fā)。

The? SWISSCI? MRC? Crystallisation? Plate? is?? a breakthrough for protein crystallisation presented in a 96-well plate format.

The plate was developed at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology? (Cambridge,? UK)?? in?? collaboration?? with?? Dr.?? Jan L?we. It is the result of many years of experience in successful robotic high-throughput crystallisation and combines many of the necessary features not earlier available to the crystallographer.

The SWISSCI MRC crystallisation? Plate? offers ?unique properties that make it ideal for both nanolitre crystallisation screening and mircolitre optimisation alike. Made from optically superior polymer and with a new design of the wells, the plate allows easy crystal viewing and retrieval.

The Advantages of the MRC Crystallisation Plate

The plates are designed to the 96-well ANSI/SLAS 1-2004 standards for all common holders andexternal numbering (A-H, 1-12) with corner location make the plate easy to use in a robotic sampler.
The MRC plate is suitable for centrifugation.

The unique 2 drop protein crystallisation plate offers a new way of sitting-drop crystallography.
The 192 wells are optically perfect designed to observe crystals under a microscope.
The wells are doubled, providing an unique security of growing crystals.

MRC plate features

  • Easy to fill 96-well structure – typically 85μl per buffer well.

  • Standard ANSI/SLAS 1-2004 form for automation.

About

The MRC Maxi optimization plate is a new design for macromolecular crystallization presented in a 48 well format. Offering easy to automate crystallization optimization with large sitting-drops. MRC Maxi is intended for large drops and is compatible both with standard robotic systems as well as manual pipetting. The plate was developed at the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (Cambridge, UK) in collaboration with Jan L?we and Fabrice Gorrec. It is a result of many years of experience in successful robotic high-throughput crystallization and complements the original MRC crystallization plate.

The SWISSCI 3 Lens Crystallisation Plate offers unique properties that make it ideal for both nano-litre crystallisation screening and micro-litre optimisation alike. Available in optically superior polymers and with an innovative well design allows easy crystal viewing and retrieval.

Available in 3 Different Polymers. Polystyrene (PS), UVP and UVXPO. The UVXPO polymer is an optically superior UV transmissible polymer that additionally shows uniform (zero) background when using cross polarised light. Low Profile Version Available Low Profile (LP) Plate has the same optical properties and uses the same volumes as the midi plate while saving on storage space. The Low Profile Plate is 7.75 mm and the Midi Plate is 11.7 mm in height.

About

The revolutionary SWISSCI Hanging Drop Crystallisation Plate Seal (UVOP / Non-UVP) comes ready to use with a dust-free protective coating and specialty polymer base.?The Seals accommodate up to 3 separate drops of protein and fit the standard 2-drop or 3-drop MRC plates.? The product has a 100 or 40-micron thin layer of UVP specialty polymer developed for compact drop creation and ability to shoot X-ray without any noticeable diffraction. The non-UVP seal comes in 100-micron layer.

The SWISSCI hanging drop seals can be run with individual drops in the 96 positions or 192 drop – or 288 drops.
The volume of the drop is typically between 50 and 100 nanolitres.
The seal covers sit directly over the microwell plate crystallization reagent wells and are closed with a long term resistant closing adhesive which is validated not to ingress into the sample – nor lead to seal corruption.

To remove an individual crystal the seal may be peeled back or simply cut out with a scalpel. The material is very thin although still remaining as a perfect evaporation barrier and can be sliced with a knife very easily.

The seals are produced in a class 100,000 cleanroom environment and guaranteed to be dust and scratch-free.
Optical quality is of the highest level available.
The seals are able to be used in the UV / Non-UVP range thus enabling the user to recognize salt – from protein crystals under the Ultra Violet light source microscope.
