圖1)是Jurkat T細胞在含33μM BES-So-AM的培養(yǎng)基中37°C培養(yǎng)1小時,使探針進入細胞,然后添加4mM丁酸(O2?-誘導劑),37°C培養(yǎng)1小時;圖2)是Jurkat T細胞在含33μM BES-So-AM的培養(yǎng)基中37°C培養(yǎng)1小時,使探針進入細胞,然后不添加丁酸,37°C再培養(yǎng)1小時;圖3)是Jurkat T細胞在含33μM BES-So-AM的培養(yǎng)基中37°C培養(yǎng)1小時,然后添加5mM的丁酸,繼續(xù)培養(yǎng)一個小時。參考文獻

Fluorescent images of Jurkat T cells with BES- H2O2 -Ac and the same-fi eld phase-contrast images Jurkat T cells were cultured in a medium with 50μM BES-H2O2-Ac for 1 hour. Then, one group of them was cultured in a medium with 5 mM butyric acid (H2O2-produced stimulation), whereas the other in a medium without butyric acid (No H2O2– produced stimulation), each for 1 hour.
