一般描述
Amicon Ultra-0.5離心過濾器可提供快速超濾功能，具有高濃縮系數(shù)，易于從稀釋和復(fù)雜的樣品矩陣中回收濃縮物。例如，1 mg/ml初始濃度的BSA（67 kDa）通常截留>95%。
垂直設(shè)計和可用濾膜表面積可實現(xiàn)快速樣品處理、高樣品回收率（通常超過稀釋起始溶液的90%）以及30倍濃度。垂直設(shè)計可最大限度地減少溶解物極化及隨后的濾膜污染，并且過濾裝置中的物理停止可防止旋轉(zhuǎn)至干燥及潛在樣品損失。收集濾液后，可通過反向旋轉(zhuǎn)快捷操作高效回收濃縮樣品（保留品種）。
Amicon Ultra-0.5裝置未經(jīng)滅菌處理，僅供一次性使用。Amicon Ultra 0.5 mL過濾器的垂直濾膜設(shè)計和反向旋轉(zhuǎn)功能可在更短的旋轉(zhuǎn)時間內(nèi)實現(xiàn)較高的性能。
