    The NxSeq UltraLow DNA Library Kits v2 and NxSeq Indexing Kits are only compatible with Illumina sequencers.

    The NxSeq UltraLow DNA Library Kits contain Enzyme Mix (EM), 2X Buffer (2XB), Ligase (LIG), 2X PCR Master Mix v2 (MM) and Elution Buffer (EB). For optimal performance, we recommend pairing our NxSeq UltraLow Kits with the NxSeq Indexing Kits. Contact us if you need more or different style indexes.

    Each NxSeq Single Indexing Kit contains a Universal Adaptor and (12) different Primer Indexing Mixes with enough Universal Adaptor for 48 libraries and enough of each Primer Indexing Mix for 4 library amplification reactions (48 total reaction for all primer sets). Set A contains Primer Indexing Mixes 1-12 and Set B contains Primer Indexing Mixes 13-16, 18-23, 25, and 27. Each NxSeq Single Index equals the TruSeq® LT Index with the same number.

    The NxSeq HT Dual Indexing Kit contains a Universal Adaptor, Adaptor Dilution Buffer and Indexing Primers 701 – 712, and 501 – 508. There is enough of each reagent in this kit to generate 96 different combinatorial dual indexed libraries. Each NxSeq HT Dual Index equals the TruSeq® HT Index with the same number.

    The sbeadex Mini Plant Kit contains all of the components required to perform small-scale DNA purification from plant tissue. The kit includes 2 wash buffers, a lysis buffer, an elution buffer, a binding buffer, and sbeadex particle suspension.

    We highly suggest optimising your sbeabex DNA purification protocol first with our Mini Plant Trial Kit (NAP41606).

    The Mini Plant Trial Kit contains all of the components required to perform small-scale DNA purification from plant tissue. The kit includes 3 lysis buffers, 2 elution buffers, 2 wash buffers, a binding buffer, protease solution, and sbeadex particle suspension. 

    This trial kit contains additional lysis buffers and elution buffers, as well as a protease solution to find optimal lysis and elution conditions. These additional components are not included in our standard sbeadex mini plant kits.

    The sbeadex maxi plant kit contains all of the components required to perform large-scale DNA purification from plant tissue. As a maxi kit the volume of the kit components are doubled compared to the Mini Plant Kits.

    The kit includes 2 wash buffers, lysis buffer, elution buffer, binding buffer, and sbeadex particle suspension. 

    Choose between 96 or 960 preparations, or enquire for bulk options. 

    The kit is compatible with both fresh and lyophilised plant tissue material. The suggested starting material is 10-30 mg lyophilised tissue or 40-120 mg fresh tissue.

    The sbeadex Livestock Kit with No Dangerous Goods contains all of the components necessary to perform high-quality DNA purification. The kit includes 3 wash buffers, 2 lysis buffers, 1 binding buffer, 1 elution buffer, sbeadex particle suspension + EDTA, and protease K solution. The 96 purifications size (NAP44723) also contains debris capture beads to assist with physical separation of debris after lysis of particular sample types.

    As a kit without dangerous goods the binding buffer and wash buffer concentrates contain no hazardous substances.
